INTRODUCTION

You will be formally introduced to your World Class Personal Trainer, who will be in touch within 24 hours of being introduced to arrange all pre-exercise assessment forms and initial progress tracking *

THE ASSESSMENT

We believe that what happens before you begin your journey is one of the most important steps. We go through your current past lifestyle with a fine tooth comb, seeing where we can implement the most appropriate and efficient strategies that work for you and your lifestyle - not against you.

All assessments also include a body composition assessment to ascertain body fat percentage *, girth measurements and scale weight as well as front, side, and back progress pictures.

* online coaching clients must self assess at home, unless visiting us.

THE JOURNEY

This is where the fun begins.
Your journey will be a close, collaborative relationship with your world class trainer, with both parties working together to ensure the most efficient and effective program possible.
